The crew is accountable for creating the best employee experience by delivering innovative and targeted self-service digital solutions and enabling a safe and effective environment for our people through optimised solutions and controls while meeting employer obligations.
The Product Owner for Everyday Transactions is key to optimising core people transactions to deliver simple, streamlined and personalised HR experiences to support a more flexible, agile and mobile workforce.
You will be accountable for and have ownership over the product vision, goals and roadmap for our core processes in Workday and other leveraged platforms.
Do work that matters.
- Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks and guardrails and
- Compliance across customer proposition
- Define product vision, goals and roadmap, aligned to Crew objectives and purpose, and engage with key stakeholders (Business and Technology) to manage its delivery and identify risks, dependencies and issues for the squad
- Accountable for end-to-end value delivery and product lifecycle management (including managing requirements lifecycle, production deployment and release day coordination and sign off)
- Ensure the user experience meets both the customer and business needs
- Drive product exploration (e.g. using design thinking and analytics) and formulate hypotheses to validate product strategy / design
- Maintain a healthy and prioritised backlog to deliver business and customer outcomes. Manage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure that prioritisation is understood and agreed to in addition to managing the squad's performance to defined goals including OKR (objective and key result) tracking.
- Role model continuous improvement and customer focus as well as drive squad effectiveness and agile maturity in partnership with Agile Coach and Performance Lead.

- HR process and technology expertise with a key focus on employee experience and experience in delivering Workday change
- Strong communication skills to bring to life the vision and user stories for the squad with the ability to translate a product vision to roadmap and backlog
- Problem-solving, decision-making and prioritisation skills
- An effective cross-functional leadership approach to inspire a squad working as one team
- Managers typically from delivery, product management, business analysis, scrum master or project management backgrounds
- 3+ years of proven product knowledge, understanding of our customer's needs, and delivery experience
- 10+ years of HR technology experience
