Product Owner - Mobile Apps

Our client is a well known Australian brand, looking for a Product Owner to assist with upcoming projects on their Mobile App.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
- Translate customer problems and needs into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the team delivers value to the customers and the business.
- Work with the team to define and validate the product requirements, assumptions, and hypotheses using data, research, and experiments.
- Review and provide feedback on the team's deliverables, such as prototypes, models, demos, and documentation.
- Coordinate and facilitate the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring that the product meets the quality, performance, and ethical standards.
- Monitor and measure the product performance, user feedback, and market trends, and use them to inform the product decisions and improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the internal and external stakeholders and partners, such as business units, customers, users, regulators, and vendors.
- Advocate for the best practices and principles of mobile product management, such as user-centric design and data-driven decision making.
- 3+ years' of experience as a Product Owner
- within the Digital environment building web or mobile app (preferably) solutions
- leading and managing an agile digital product team
- Proven track record in understanding target customer experience segments and needs
- Strong understanding and experience in customer and product discovery, implementation and measurement processes
- Strategic mindset and ability to communicate vision
- Proven track record in prioritising features in an agile environment
- Strong understanding and use of modern digital frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, lean, design thinking, human-centred design, process mapping, flow charting, acceptance testing and others
- Excellent communicator, collaborator with high emotional intelligence to help steer product development to product outcomes
- Robust stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Comfortable facilitating workshops, and presenting to senior management
- Able to work with a high degree of autonomy and is proactive with initiative and a bias for the customer
