It is envisaged you will have experience with some or all of the below:
Customer Care Forms:Handling complaints, compliments, and compensation requests.
Specific Needs Requests:Managing online requests for assistance, including wheelchair, meet-and-assist services, and more.
Support for Various Needs:Providing uplifts for medical clearances, and guide dog requests.
Contact Us: Overseeing the 'Contact Us' page inclusive of Visual IVR and Click to Call
Help & Support: help and support section, with content managed by respective Product Owners and Digital Producers.
How to Videos:
Upcoming products include the implementation of Visual IVR and a Request Tracker, with the goal of to reducing customer effort and improving support channels.
What we expect from you
You have several years of proven and successful track record as a Product Owner in a digital customer care environment
You understand agile development and development principles very well and have worked in this context several years already.

Strong focus on delivery
You are a strong communicator and capable to communicate complex topics and priorities concisely and effectively in product, business, and engineering contexts.
As a Product Owner you are a true senior, you're self-sufficient and well organized, and don`t need any form of micromanagement. You have done the job before; you know the processes and pitfalls. You have been there.
