This is an exciting time to join our Customer Contact team as the Bank renews and evolves our contact strategy. Come on board and help us realise the potential of our recent significant tech investment and implementation of Amazon Connect.
You are a future-focused implementation specialist who will bring to this role experience with change management and project implementation including tracking project processes, deliverables and financials, and managing a piece of work from end to end.
Your strengths in stakeholder engagement and relationship building enable you to influence other teams, eliminating the “us and them” and ensuring the success of your projects.
You use data to drive insight and continuous improvement and ideally you’re familiar using Jira and Confluence, along with skills in Agile methodology to plan, manage and deliver solutions.
You need not come from a banking/finance background, but experience with a Contact Centre environment will allow you to hit the ground running, and experience with Amazon Connect is an advantage.
As a Product & Project Lead you’ll get to:
Play an important role in customer-centred projects including leading larger in-business change initiatives. You’ll support the contact centre across multiple sites where it is impacted by change across the bank, plus a range of business-as-usual projects within the contact centre designed to support customer needs.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that we meet their needs and they ours, with a particular focus on technology, managing the Product Backlog and maximising the value of the work that Tech Services performs for Customer Contact.
Represent Customer Contact in enterprise forums and initiatives, build business cases and write initiative canvases for Customer Contact improvements.
Fulfill the Product Owner role, working closely with stakeholders to ensure squads are delivering the right content in each iteration/release to make the most impact. This includes crafting the vision for a release, writing user stories in conjunction with SMEs, constantly refining the backlog, and planning the sequence and timing of releases.
This is a 12 month maximum term contract, which can be either full time or part time (min 4 days a week. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of two days in any of our main corporate offices per week.

We support candidate requests for adjustment to accommodate an illness, injury, or disability to equitably participate in the selection process.
