The opportunity
Are you ready to join a global mining-technology company where innovation meets excellence? At IMDEX Limited we are on a mission to redefine what is possible in product marketing. As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Product Specialist to be the driving force behind our product marketing strategy.
You will be the vital link between Product Management, Marketing, and Sales, both locally and globally. This is your change to:
- Work with a wide range of stakeholders to evaluate current activities, identify opportunities for enhancements and ensure alignment with our corporate and product marketing strategy
- Develop and update marketing assets and documents for diverse platforms, supporting and elevating our product suite
- Track and assess the effectiveness of our product marketing programs, using data-driven insights to implement changes that make a real difference
- Craft compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate deeply with our customers and empower our sales channels
- Create functional processes, systems, and frameworks to ensure operational excellence in the product marketing function
- Learn and develop an understanding of mining technology, processes, and concepts
To be successful
To thrive in this role, you will need at proven track record in a Product Specialist role, preferably in the mining industry. Your experience working with cross-functional teams and your exceptional presentation and communication skills will set you up for success.
We are looking for individuals with:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business Management, Engineering, or related discipline
- Ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in facilitating workshops
- Ability to innovate and create efficiencies in an agile environment
