In the role you will aid the Ethicon - Wound Closure team to effectively execute their strategies in New South Wales.If you are a driven, organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong desire to learn and grow in the medical device field, we want to hear from you!RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining key clinical relationships which foster product adoption.
  • Sell designated clinical products (e.g. NPI) within a specific geographical territory using account-based business plans which drive action and outcomes in a timely manner.
  • Providing monthly objective and sales data which identify opportunities and risks and update to Regional Sales Manager.
  • Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of the range of JJM products and services to leverage business opportunities.
  • Actively pursue tender/ contract opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Conduct sales activity in a way which develops customer confidence and meets their needs.
  • Proactively follow up and coordinate service initiatives, resolve customer complaints and seek ways to add value to the account or customer.
  • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer delivered healthcare services to patients through in-service education and training.
  • Complete stock counts/ consignment counts in accordance with customer expectations and company policy.
  • Create and participate in the building of a strong collaborative Ethicon team across designated accounts which support Ethicon strategic initiatives.
  • Actively participate in team related activities and meetings.
  • Adhere to all company policy requirements in relation to healthcare compliance.
ITS ALL ABOUT YOU
  • Preferred minimum education: Tertiary business or related qualifications.
  • Preferred area of study: Post graduate qualification in business, health Science or related discipline.
  • Medical Device experience will be valued.
  • Sales experience is highly regarded.
  • Ability to build internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Other qualifications: Software literacy experience with Excel, Word, MS Outlook. Drivers License.
  • 15% of travel involved.
