Tasks will vary pending the assignment, but may include:
- Attending and scribing for interview panels (virtual or in person)
- Taking detailed notes and producing quality selection reports
- Guiding and supporting selection panels
- Shortlisting and reference checking
- Facilitating applicants and panel members through recruitment rounds
- Acting as an independent panel member
