About the Oppotunity
Liebherr Mining NSW are seeking Interest from suitably experienced candidates for the role of Product Support Advisor based on a customer mine site in the Hunter Valley NSW..
Reporting through to the Customer Support Manager, the role is responsible for providing field and technical support to the customer and managing client requirements relevant to equipment support for the Liebherr Excavators on site.
Extensive experience with Liebherr excavators as well as sound diagnostic skills desirable.
- Electrical/Mechanical diagnosis and repairing of faults on all site machines (Mechanical and Hydraulic fault finding also required) (R996, R9600, R9800)
- Assist with required major and minor services to site machines including shutdowns as directed
- Management of warranty jobs and assisting with site claim submissions
- Complete machine health assessments and appropriate reporting
- Accurate completion of documentation including timesheets, maintenance requests and any site-specific documentation required
- Actively promote Liebherr as a ‘solutions provider’
- Ensure the customer is supplied with all applicable communication relevant to goods and services provided
- Liaise with supervisors and tradespeople
- Coaching and mentoring of Liebherr and Customer Technicians
- Trade Qualified – Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology (AUR31220-01) or equivalent
Extra Low Voltage Training (highly regarded) MDG25 (Highly regarded) Working at Heights (Highly regarded)
- Cert IV Engineering (Fluid Power) (Highly regarded)
- Demonstrated diagnostics and fault-finding knowledge.
- Elevated level of experience and expertise with Liebherr excavators or equivalent.
- Elevated level of diligence and quality execution.
- Customer support experience
- Self-motivated and excellent communication skills
- A current driver’s license.
