We are seeking an experienced person to work in our Kelso office on a full-time basis, although hours can be flexible to suit the successful candidate. This is a small friendly office seeking person who enjoys a fast-paced and varied role, and who is keen to learn new skills.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Data Entry of sales orders into Xero and our production system. This includes the basic interpretation of engineering drawings
- Booking Freight, preparing delivery paperwork & contacting customers
- General office duties and support including answering phones & greeting customers
- Entering sales and purchase orders into Xero, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
To be successful for this role you will ideally possess the following skills and attributes:
- Experience in office administration duties
- Experience in bookkeeping
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience using Xero
- High attention to detail and accuracy/numeracy
- Willingness to learn new software programs and skills.
