AddressBurra Foods a highly successful and growing dairy company and is seeking a self-motivated, and enthusiastic Production Administrator who is team orientated and able to manage a range of production administrative tasks.
With offices in Melbourne and Tokyo, our manufacturing plant is located in the heart of South Gippsland in beautiful Korumburra; only 1 hour's easy drive from Frankston and Dandenong, 50 minutes from Pakenham, 40 minutes from Warragul / Drouin.
The role is a 12 hour day shift pattern, 4 days on 4 days off.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Complete various production transactions in SAP
- Sign off production pack paperwork.
- Rostering of annual and sick leave of both casual and full time operators.
- Manage the production training plan and training register.
- Review and update production standard operating procedures as required.
- Monitor site GMP site standards.
To be successful in this role you will need:-
- Demonstrated administrative and numeracy skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- A demonstrated ability to join a team committed to producing great products and living the values of the company.
- Well organised and able to perform well with minimal supervision.
- SAP knowledge or similar ERP system preferred but not essential
- Attention to detail, well organised with a high level of compliance.
