Our Production Operators are hardworking and passionate about who we are and what we do. Your new position will consist of operating machinery on our production lines and gaining an understanding of our products and processes.
Offering a great lifestyle balance between family and work, the position available is afternoon shift hours being 1pm - 9:06pm Monday to Friday
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Feed raw materials into production line
- Insert joining strips into finished product and stack in a neat pack
- Monitor the production process and ensure a smooth and continuous operation of paint line production process
- Carry out basic quality and testing checks on the production line post training
- Operate machinery in a safe manner
- Actively monitor quality of product produced
- Report any quality of equipment issues directly to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- A focus to ensure all activities are performed in accordance to set Safety Guidelines and Practices
- A commitment to ensure all activities are performed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Assist with any other site function as directed by supervisors or managers
- Be a positive team member who is willing to work with others and cross train throughout the site
