Minara Resources has an opportunity for an experienced Production Coordinator to join our established and dedicated Production team based on site at Murrin Murrin Operations.

Our Murrin Murrin site in WA's northern Goldfields is an integrated nickel and cobalt mining and processing operation employing over 1,000 people. The Role
The successful person will become a member of a hardworking and committed team who are responsible for the producing and implementing successful plans to align production capability and plant utilisation across our processing plant.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating operations strategies to maximise production
- Ensuring threats to the business unit operation are tracked, planned, and escalated
- Developing, coordinating and communicating shutdown requirements to stakeholders i.e. work scopes, run up/run down plans, isolation scopes
- Ensuring operating criteria and methodology are practiced, reviewed, updated, and communicated across all shifts
- Assisting Line Managers with implementation of change management initiatives and other business improvement projects
About You
This role would suit a technically competent and driven production specialist ideally looking for a new challenge in our multifaceted processing plant.
You will also have:
- Previous experience in a similar role leading a team in line with Quality, Safety, Environmental, Budgeting and the Mines Safety and Inspection Act
- A good understanding of Regulations; Permit to Work, High Risk Work, Risk Assessment tools and maintenance management systems
- Demonstrated ability to audit and evaluate compliance to established safety procedures and rules to assist drive culture change
- Demonstrated ability to investigate work place accident and incidents. and the ICAM investigation process
- Certificate IV in Leadership and Development (advantageous)
- A current & valid C class manual driver's licence
