We are currently seeking a Production Coordinator to join the Processing team at Tropicana Gold Mine. Reporting to the Superintendent: Operations Processing, the role is part of a diverse and inclusive team and is accountable for the coordination of production activities and the provision of leadership and guidance to the operations teams to actively contribute towards safety and production targets.This role is offered on an 8/6 FIFO roster, with direct flights to site from Perth or Kalgoorlie.Accountabilities:Review production compliance to KPIs to understand targets and actively providing input to achieve desired outcomesConducting safety investigations to ensure compliance with site HSE&C Policies, legislations and regulatory requirementsFulfilling business leadership requirements for operations team, coordinating site water services and TSF operationsIdentifying areas for improvement and developing and scheduling the execution of improvement initiativesProvide plant shutdown support for the operations team Developing well-defined accountabilities and tasks, conducting annual performance appraisals as well as providing ongoing feedback to all direct reportsAbout You People are at the heart of everything we do.
