Reporting into the Production Manager we are looking for a Production Coordinator to manage bulk production of category product from first samples stage through to final delivery of the seasonal collection, ensuring this is achieved on time and within budget
Key responsibilities include;
- Effectively managing the production and development stage to delivery into hk and aus warehouses;
- Pre order long lead time styles to ensure on time delivery for the season;
- Reviewing and maintaining supplier production schedule to ensure on time delivery;
- Adherence to internal timeline and company critical path;
- Coordinating handover of new season collections from design to production;
- Maintaining on time delivery, product quality according to company standards and target margins across allocated categories;
- Weekly production meeting to update product team;
- Regular meetings with design team to work through upcoming development;
- Negotiate bulk production prices with suppliers to meet target margins;
- Release and approve all po’s to suppliers;
- Monitor the approval of bulk fabric and accessories of all categories and styles;
- Liaising, approving on 3rd party bulk fabrics;
- Coordinate 3rd party qc inspections and monitor the approval of inspection report, releasing shipments;
- Approval of bulk fabric testing report;
- Ensure correct care labelling on all garments;
- Liaise with suppliers on fabric testing reports;
- Daily communication with factories, fabric suppliers;

You will have:
- Prior experience (2-3 years) in a production or quality role;
- Graduated from textile or merchandise; tertiary qualification desirable;
- You’re an able multitasker, prioritising your workload appropriately;
- You’re customer centric – everything you do is with our customer in mind;
- You have a strong focus on developing & sustaining collaborative and productive relationships;
- You are creative, innovative & you think differently in dealing with both opportunities and issues;
- You’re a strong, clear & concise communicator;
- You provide feedback as & when required to all levels of the business;
- You are organised & efficient, with a strong focus on achieving results;
