Woods & Co Recruitment are inviting applications for a Production Coordinator to join an Australian based business whilst they experience expansion within their production facility. Boasting over 25 years experience in this field, this opportunity is a chance to play a large part within this company whilst they go through exciting growth. The right candidate will have a keen eye for detail, experience in working with excel, and CRM management.

The Role?
- Take full ownership of administrative duties for sales/production
- Input sales leads and enquiries into project management software
- Ensure seamless production by handling order confirmation, production tags and documentation
- Communicate with customers regarding their orders
- Handle document filing and invoicing
- Log customer complaints and quality defects, ensuing customer satisfaction
- Working across multiple sales and accounting software systems
What do you need?
- Experience in a similar role (2 years experience minimum)
- A great attitude and desire to learn & grow
- Driver's license and full working rights
- Ability to effect change and efficiency from a ground level
- A strong work ethic
- Proven ability to demonstrate deal with several external stakeholders
