About the Role
The Production Co-ordinator will be responsible for assisting the Product team facilitate the end-to-end production process for all Nude Lucy product. This is an entry level position which will provide and deep & thorough understanding of the inside workings of an apparel business from a product perspective, with scope to grow.
Key responsibilities will include assisting with all day-to-day production tasks. This will include:
- Tracking & managing the receipt and organisation of pre-production & shipment samples, and maintaining up-to-date sample and delivery trackers.
- Managing and organising sample storage room & assisting with range set up for business meetings, showings.
- Organising samples & model bookings & image collation during weekly fittings.
- Assisting with measuring of shipment and proto samples.
- Raising, issuing & updating purchase orders, ensuring all PO’s and SO’s are linked.
- AP21 system maintenance including Creating & maintaining AP21 product spreadsheet for product upload to sales systems, cross checking prices, categories & supplier details, and maintaining accurate shipment details & ETA’s.
- Management of barcodes & care labels, including raising barcode reports, monitoring changes, checking RRPs & artwork submissions.
- Chasing, tracking and commenting on bulk submissions - Liaising with factories daily to answer questions, provide comments on all requests within 24 hours.
- Developing & maintaining fabric, trim & labelling libraries to manage all supplier submissions.
- Working in partnership with Design to update tech packs to be 100% accurate for bulk production.
- Managing faulty items and re-call procedures.
- Managing courier and post across design & production teams to and from suppliers.
- General admin assistance and support to Production and Development teams.
To be successful you will ideally have:
- A Tertiary qualification in Design/Garment construction or related discipline.
- Intermediate excel skills & familiarity with ADOBE Creative Suite.
- AP21 experience preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure strong supplier relationships.
