We are looking for a Production Coordinator with vision and leadership skills to motivate and lead our teams to achieve great production outcomes at our Oberon, NSW site.
Reporting to the Production Manager, in this role you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the production processes on our value-add lines.
Responsible for supervision of multiple teams spread across a 24-hour operation, guiding employees to meet quality and productivity shift targets, driving operational improvements, while ensuring adherence to WHS and quality guidelines.
The successful applicant will have:
- Extensive machine operating experience and mechanical aptitude
- Experience in a leadership position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in driving productivity and continuous improvement without jeopardising quality.
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with complex machinery, including troubleshooting breakdowns and quality imperfections.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a group of production employees, including rostering, training, development.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills and a high level of commitment to working effectively in a multi-skilled team environment.
