We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Engineer to join our growing team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize production processes.
- Conduct thorough analysis of production workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency enhancements.
- Design and implement cost-effective solutions to enhance productivity and minimize waste.
- Monitor and analyse production metrics to ensure targets for quality, cost, and delivery are consistently met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs for production equipment.
- Work closely with quality control teams to ensure product specifications and standards are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative production solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment of at least 2 years.
- Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and materials.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations.
- Continuous improvement mindset and a proactive approach to process optimization.
