THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production processes, a passion for continuous improvement, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize production processes.
• Conduct thorough analysis of production workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency enhancements.
• Design and implement cost-effective solutions to enhance productivity and minimize waste.
• Monitor and analyse production metrics to ensure targets for quality, cost, and delivery are consistently met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs for production equipment.
• Work closely with quality control teams to ensure product specifications and standards are met.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative production solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment of at least 2 years.
• Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and materials.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations.
• Continuous improvement mindset and a proactive approach to process optimization.
