Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to organise and oversee the manufacturing of our dessert processes. You will have ultimate responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.

We expect you to have deep knowledge in production procedures. Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day. If you are up to it, we’d like to talk to you.

The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets our customer and internal quality requirements.

Key duties will include but not be limited to:

·      Develop and implement production schedules with our planner and  to ensure efficient utilisation of resources and timely delivery of dessert products.

·      Oversee quality control procedures to maintain high standards for organeleptic and safety of products.

·      Identify opportunities for process optimisation and cost reduction while maintaining product quality.

·      Supervise and motivate production staff, including assisting with hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

·      Ensure complainace with health and safety regulations and implement measure to promote a safe working environment.

·      Coordinate with other departments/managers such as procurement, logistics, and sales to streamline production processes and meet customer demands.

·      Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity.

·      Stay informed on industry trends, technology advancements and best practices to continuously improve production processes and product quality.

·      Ensure correct protocols of machinery and equipment and met.

Key Requirements

·      3+ years of experience in the relevant field.

·      Deep knowledge of production management.

·      Excellent organisational and leaderships skills.

·      Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·      Attention to detail

·      Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

·      Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.

• Expected salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
