As our site continues to grow, so does our need for driven and motivated Production Operatorsto join our Wodonga Petcare team. You will be the heart of the company, ensuring our factory keeps producing high quality products to meet our supply & demand.
As a passionate thinker & problem solver, you will be accountable for the performance of several machines, processes and pieces of equipment to ensure all products are being delivered on time and to standard, this is your opportunity to join a global company that values the development of all employees.
These are rotating shift positions, offering roles on a 3-shift pattern.
What are we looking for?
- Relatable prior working experience
- Reliable, willingness to learn and adaptable to change
- Trade certification is an added bonus, but not essential
- Desire for wanting to add value and continuously upskill is key
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail
What will be your responsibilities?
- Responsible for monitoring and running multiple pieces of equipment through the usage of software interface systems as well as physical checks
- Communicate directly with the maintenance department to coordinate maintenance repairs in a productive manner
- Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting maintenance related issues
- Safely and continuously operate multiple pieces of equipment to produce quality products on time
- Ensure quality and safety procedures are following and providing thorough handover
