We are looking to fill a number of production roles across both day and afternoon shifts Monday – Thursday. Reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, successful candidates will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have experience in a food processing environment.

About The Role
We are looking for experienced operators who will be able to apply their technical skills and specialist knowledge to maintain a consistent A-Grade food quality product. The ideal candidate will be experienced with a background in food processing.
Tasks may include but not be limited to:
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safe Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure successful operation of production equipment
- Meet daily production requirements to achieve Process Reliability (PR)
- Perform machine set ups and changeovers, maintain flow of product through to packing
- Maintain quality of products and associated documentation according to specifications
- Communicate with departments including Quality, Maintenance and Material Handlers – escalate in case of deviations and issues
About You
You are an effective communicator and someone who enjoy's working alongside others in a dynamic and fast paced manufacturing environment. Someone able to think on their feet and able to thrive under pressure.
To be considered for an interview you will need to demonstrate:
- Previous experience working as a Machine/Production Operator in a food manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 20kg
- Familiar with HACCP
- Computer literate
- Team player and good communication skills
- Fast learner and open to change, willing to try new approaches
- Continuous improvement mindset
