About the role
Our Adelaide engineering team is looking for a Production Planner to support our Maintenance Engineering operation on a Full-time basis.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Working in the Base Maintenance Production Office, duties include but are not limited to:
- Prepare work packages for Line and Base Maintenance events in accordance with published procedures to support maintenance personnel in performance of maintenance tasks.
- Review and update Ramco as required to ensure data associated with Base Maintenance events is current.
- Be responsible for administration functions of the Base Maintenance production office in accordance with the MOE and Procedures Manuals (PM).
- Produce reports to manage the status and efficiency of Base Maintenance events.
- Be responsible for the standard and quality of completed documentation, records, and record systems.
- Review completed Work Packages ensuring completed maintenance task cards have been collated, completed, and processed.
- Maintain applicable Base maintenance production registers and records when issuing documentation.
- Maintain all records ensuring security in accordance with NJE Policy and procedural requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Engineering policy and procedures.
- Assist with all Base Maintenance and line maintenance planning, coordination & managing the workload of Base Maintenance events.
- Perform any other production office administrative duties as required.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
The position reports to the: - Maintenance Manager.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Airworthiness, or production type maintenance planning experience.
- Previous experience in an aircraft heavy maintenance production environment.
- Ability to undergo and pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
