Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be accountable to deliver the mine plan by leading the Load and Haul team to mine and haul waste and coal excitingly through an autonomous truck fleet. The role requires a 7/7 roster with support of a back to back Production Superintendent. Together, you will focus on optimising 4 core pillars in safety, productivity, costs and culture through solution focused leadership. The role requires a change initiator and effective collaborator to drive the best out of their team and the mine as a whole.What You'll DoExecute the mine plan
