About the Role
Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for meat production and a knack for driving operational excellence? Look no further, we’re currently seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor to join our team!
Reporting to the Production Coordinator at our Arndell Park site, this hands-on role will see you play a critical role in overseeing the flow of the production floor. You will lead, motivate and guide a team of production line workers, ensuring that production targets are met, safety protocols are followed and products are maintained to our quality standards.
In addition to this your role will include:
- Providing support to the production coordinator in people and team management
- Providing guidance to the Line Team Leaders regarding WHS and QA
- Taking part in production meetings with the Coordinator and Team Leaders
- Managing and reviewing yields on a weekly basis
- Liaising with maintenance and supervisors regarding machine issues
- Ensuring all orders are completed to the correct specification

About You
Whilst previous experience from a food manufacturing environment would be advantageous, we are seeking a highly motivated individual with demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

- Strong experience in a similar position
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage competing priorities
- Safety focused
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team
- Ability to communicate confidently at all levels
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands
- Intermediate computer skills within all Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisational and decision-making abilities
