They are a family business that services the Gippsland region with various products made within their factory. We seek a Production Supervisor with hands-on skills to assist in their manufacturing plant. Your role will be to ensure the factory produces a quality product within the scheduled estimated time frame in a smooth, stress-free and efficient manner without compromising quality. The ideal person will have proven experience as a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR or manager in a manufacturing environment, with a track record of creating a great team culture and strong leadership and team management skills. You should also have excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities and knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimisation.
