As a Production Officer Holcim, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of concrete to our customers. You will contribute to the timely and safe transportation of concrete from our plants to construction sites. This role requires a keen attention to safety, a strong sense of responsibility, and a dedication to delivering exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service, building positive relationships with clients.
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork
- Production of concrete using multiple systems and processes
- Allocating and assigning loads to drivers
- Stock management and coordination of deliveries
- Managing contractors carrying out site maintenance
- Yard maintenance and front-end loader operation
- Forklift operation and manual handling of bagged products

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
- A strong commitment to safety and responsible practices.
- Experience operating a front end loader / forklift desirable
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and public holidays, if required.
