Our Production Technicians are at the heart of what we do. It can be a great job opportunity, and we’re proud that some people stay with us for years. You don’t need technical skills, but you do need a great work ethic and attention to detail. In this role:  

• You’ll be working in world-class lab-based facilities, to thoroughly prepare, inspect and grade animal-based tissue and raw material products to meet client specifications. 
• You’ll follow clear processes with focused concentration, using the skills and techniques taught to you by our experts. 
• Your team's goal is to achieve its daily production targets while meeting high-quality expectations and working safely at all times. 
• You’ll maintain quality records, complete stocktakes, and ensure the production area and equipment are cleaned and sterilised according to cleaning procedures.

• You’re a team player who’s passionate about doing a good day’s work and producing quality results on time. 
• You’re meticulous with an excellent eye for detail and have the ability to perform repetitive work, completing all tasks while following our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 
• You put safety first and follow our strict health and safety standards.  
• You’re willing to work with animal materials in a cleanroom environment, wearing full personal protective equipment (PPE). But we’ll give you all the gear, support and training you need to succeed. 
• You’re a lifelong learner who’s willing to undergo our excellent on-site induction training for this role. You’re also open to change when we find opportunities to improve our approach. 

You’ll also need: 

• The ability and readiness to work on our Afternoon Shift between 2:00pm and 6:00pm. Availability, essential Wednesday and Thursday, desirable all 7 days.
• Available to complete initial training during our Morning Shift between 6:00am and 2:00pm Monday to Sunday, as required. 
• To be computer literate.  
• Reliable transport of your own - there’s no public transport to the site. 
• Good physical fitness and the willingness to attend a full employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.
