Production & Warehouse Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team as a Production & Warehouse Coordinator. This role involves overseeing various aspects of the production process and warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tasks related to Galvanizing Dockets, Stats Production, Production, and other miscellaneous duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Galvanizing Dockets:

• Manage warehouse transfers and receipts.
• Initiate job creation procedures.
• Generate purchase orders, seek approval, and process receipts.
• Conduct mass issuance and closure of jobs.
• File delivery dockets in designated binders.

Stats Production:

• Print Timecard Lines and Manufacturing (MFG) jobs accordingly.
• Double-check completed Job travellers and enter them into the M1 system.
• Compile and send out stats reports every Monday.

Production:

• Monitor backorders and plan production accordingly.
• Place orders for necessary inserts.
• Print new job cards.
• Oversee operator training and follow up.
• Generate daily clock machine Timecards report for payroll, including Leave forms.

Others Tasks:

• Order forklift gas to ensure operational efficiency.
• Handle the packing of small orders.
• Keep track of consumable stock levels.
• Receive and process invoices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse and production coordination roles.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and documentation.
