This role supports regional and country teams to maximise the commercial impact of our solutions through engaging and informative learning experiences for field and professional audiences.Working cross functionally and in partnership with both global and regional teams, our commercial learning team are responsible for designing and developing educational programs that enable us to bring new products to market, ensuring professional adoption of new products and services through educating Cochlear Staff and Professionals on how our solutions bring value.Responsibilities include:Design, develop and deliver engaging learning strategies and solutions for new product launches that enable regional teams to upskill customer facing teams and professionals to full capability & performance in a timely manner.Lead subject matter experts through the process of designing, developing, and delivering education on new product to our regions and countries.Develop “best in class” blended learning experiences and assets for professionals that are innovative, hands-on and available “on-demand”.Support the optimal use of current learning platforms and processes.Drive continuous improvement in delivery of learning solutions that represent the actual needs and use cases of professionals and field staff.About You.
