Skills and Experience:
- Experience in an administrative position in a collaborative/multi-team environment
- Experience with calendar scheduling/meeting management
- Experience of applying initiative and judgement to ambiguous and changing situations
- Experience in taking meeting minutes/action points
- Substantial experience in proactive ownership and action of tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, resilient, tenacious and flexible approach
- Open and positive attitude with ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to quickly learn new programs and processes
- Experience within defence/secure working environment will be advantageous
- Current NV1 or Baseline clearance

The Opportunity:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator that provides administrative support to the SEA4000 program in Garden Island (Sydney). We have flexibility to offer this role full-time or part-time (Monday to Thursday).
As a member of the Administration Services function, this role will benefit from being part of a network of highly skilled administrators across Australia who are available to provide support and collaborate with to ensure the consistent application of best practice processes.
In this role, you will primarily be responsible for:
- Providing administration support and coordination to the Program Management Office
- Arranging, attending and minuting regular meetings as directed
- Monthly meeting planning and coordination including scheduling, action tracking and follow up
- Document coordination/support
- Working with online platforms
- Travel coordination
- Coordination of customer visits
