Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage an Program Administration. This position is located in their busy Canberra City office for an initial contract until 31/10/2024
About the Position
The Program Administrator will be primarily responsible for providing administrative support for project activity. The role will respond to enquiries and support project staff in booking stakeholder meetings and workshops, taking minutes, facilitating information transfer between project staff, generating reports and sourcing resources as required.
Duties
- Support the Program Management Office with administrative support,
- Distribute project information and reporting to project stakeholders
- Provide administrative support for project activity, including the sourcing of resources, booking of project meetings and workshops, taking minutes, recording actions, risks and issues on registers and receive and record consultative feedback.
- Contribute to the development of policies, frameworks and strategies
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support project activity.
- Experience or the ability to undertake administrative support activities, including the ability to source resources and provide meeting support.
- Awareness of Government policies and processes in relation to corporate governance and records management.
- National Police check.
