Role Description
The Program Administrator will be primarily responsible for providing administrative support for project activity across the department. The role will respond to enquiries and support project staff in booking stakeholder meetings and workshops, taking minutes, facilitating information transfer between project staff, generating reports and sourcing resources as required.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Under the general direction of the Program Coordinator, the Program Administrator will:
- Support the Program Management Office with administrative support, including receiving and responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Distribute project information and reporting to project stakeholders and the Executives.
- Provide administrative support for project activity, including the sourcing of resources, booking of project meetings and workshops, taking minutes, recording actions, risks and issues on registers and receive and record consultative feedback.
- Contribute to the development of policies, frameworks and strategies in the project environment to ensure quality practice underpins project activity.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support project activity.
