What is your new role about?
We are searching for an eager Program Coordinator to Provide support to the Program Director in the administration and reporting of identified activities and initiatives for the Remote Communities program.
Your new role will include:
- Provide portfolio reporting and analytics, and support the Governance and PMM processes, including Governance Committee, and Project Boards (as needed).
- Support for Project Managers in accordance with the Horizon Power Project Management Methodology.
- Supporting the creation of project financial modelling as required by the projects.
- Undertake portfolio performance reporting, including but not limited to milestone, financial, resource and benefits tracking.
- Coordinate the collection and analysis of project status and performance metrics.
- Provide guidance and support to projects for the identification and documentation of all assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Our new Program Coordinator will have:
- Tertiary qualification in project management, commerce or any related discipline is preferred.
- Significant knowledge in commercial and technical analytics.
- Strong systems knowledge and capability to efficiently process large data sets.
- Strong Knowledge in project management principles and lifecycles.
- Proficiency in PowerBI, Ellipse and/or PRISM
