- Direct all aspects of a significant multifaceted program of work through the full lifecycle, applying strong and resilient leadership that promotes a bold collaborative approach in the program team/s.
- Persuade, motivate and engage a broad range of internal and external stakeholders influential to the program’s success, such as the Executive Leadership Team, Board, unions and government agencies, using tailored strategies including workshops, briefings and presentations.
- Lead the development of detailed needs analyses and business cases to initiate various programs/ projects and present aspects of the individual business cases to obtain approval from senior stakeholders.
- Lead the development of detailed implementation planning reflecting key interdependencies (across other organisation programs), resource requirements, benefits, risks and issues across various work streams.
- Lead the implementation of contemporary business optimisation and improvement strategies, which enables the achievement of specific organisational/business targets and objectives including quality, efficiencies and financial, through robust consultation, external benchmarking and implementation of best practices.
- Lead a well-structured and cohesive program implementation, with best practice program and Transformation management practices.
- Oversee the development of required change management plans and adherence of NSW Government policies.
- Instigate sound governance processes and ensure prudent procurement and workforce planning/management to support detailed program planning and delivery.
- Proactively deliver accurate and succinct communications of program progress in conjunction with the Portfolio Management Office.
- By example, lead the development of a safe, healthy and inclusive work environment, including implementation and review of appropriate strategies and measures.

- Collaborate with staff to ensure the development and regular review of meaningful individual performance management and development plans that are clearly aligned to strategic objectives and focused to develop the individual.
- Degree qualification in Commerce, Business, Finance, Project Management or a relevant discipline.
- Strong track record leading and implementing major transformation/change/improvement programs or similar across large complex business areas or organisations.
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing projects interrelationships, alignments and impacts to achieve integrated and coordinated delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage diverse stakeholder relationships at a senior level to positively engage in program strategies.
