Description
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, especially those affected by the Riverway Drive Stage 2 project.
- Web Development: Update and manage project web pages, including the Riverway Drive Stage 2 project page, and provide analytic reports and updates as needed.
- Social Pinpoint: Create and oversee Social Pinpoint web pages to facilitate community engagement and feedback.
- Communication Materials: Produce proactive communication materials such as media statements, flyers, construction updates, and newsletters.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve low-level stakeholder issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Correspondence Management: Manage the correspondence tracker to ensure timely responses to stakeholder inquiries.
- Data Management: Collect stakeholder contact details and lot number information, and enter them into spreadsheets and the consultation manager system.
