An opportunity exists to join the BCEO ITS Business Engagement Team to support the day-to-day operation of our organisational systems such as HR, payroll, learning management and compliance together with User Maintenance, Issue investigation and resolution, testing and working with Business stakeholders and partners. Reporting to the Team Leader – Business Technology Services you will be part of a dynamic team working across these solutions.
About the role: As an Enterprise SystemsSupport Officer, you will:
- Provide support across enterprise solutions such as: Ascender / aPay (payroll solution), SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules (HR solution), iLearn (learning management solution) and other corporate solutions. (experience in any of these solutions or similar solutions highly sought after)
- Manage User requests via Service Desk and triaging is required, ensuring that the core product is maintainable. Work on a variety of issue resolution and assisting in testing of any changes that are undertaken by our Vendor Partner.
- Engage with key stakeholder, vendor partners and other teams across a number of areas within the business
- Participate in user acceptance testing
- Document and update processes and training materials
- Create and engage in training workshops where required
