About the Opportunity
Are you ready to make a real impact? As a Therapeutic Program Facilitator at Serco, you'll be responsible for delivering transformative, manual-based interventions designed to address a variety of offending behaviors and support positive behavioral change. Reporting to the Programs Manager and working under the supervision of a Senior Supervisor, you will co-facilitate groups of up to 12 prisoners, helping them address their behaviors, reduce reoffending risks, and meet their individual needs. Additionally, you will prepare detailed clinical reports, case notes, and defendable documentation to accurately record offender progress.

What you’ll be doing
You are a passionate and dedicated professional who thrives in challenging situations, managing diverse groups with complex needs. Your adaptable facilitation style ensures that you meet the unique needs of each client, delivering content clearly and effectively. With a strong commitment to driving positive change, you support all individuals with a non-judgmental attitude. You are motivated to engage in reflective practice, continuously enhancing your clinical skills to excel in both group and individual facilitation.
Your ideal skills & experience
- Proven experience in group facilitation, especially with offenders or individuals facing complex mental health and behavioral challenges.
- Qualifications in Psychology or Social Work.
- Experience in correctional, welfare, or other institutional settings (preferred).
- Strong and accurate report writing skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage tasks efficiently.
- High levels of personal integrity and ethical behavior.
