AddressYou must be compassionate, open to learning a new methodology for assisting people who are neurodiverse, able to use computers, able to work well in a small team, have at least a TAFE diploma, and be available for 7 weeks of part time but intensive training from commencement. You will need good analytic and problem solving skills so you can support our students properly, excellent organizational skills with detail orientation, a knowledge of neurodiversity, the behaviors associated with learning difficulties, and strong inter-personal relationship skills.
