As 2D barcodes revolutionise business operations and create new avenues for interactions in B2B, B2C, and government sectors, we present an exceptional opportunity for a candidate with robust project management, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills to spearhead the delivery of our 2D Program and its associated workstreams.
In this pivotal role, your active hands-on involvement is crucial as you take the lead, collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive and execute projects, advancing initiatives that aim to achieve the program's overarching goals of enhancing 2D awareness, fostering 2D capabilities, and facilitating 2D adoption.
This will be achieved through activities that include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and implementing project and communication plans, establishing budgets, timelines, and tracking mechanisms etc.
- Identifying and managing business requirements, offering guidance on business processes and IT changes, and identifying risks and opportunities for enhancement.
- Engaging with stakeholders to facilitate and deliver outcomes associated with the overall program, pilots and implementations.
- Participating in global initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and value delivery.
- Supporting the delivery of external advisory services projects and industry-based programs to increase program awareness and drive 2D adoption.
- Developing strategies to identify and support engagement initiatives with external stakeholders influential to the program’s long-term success.
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience managing and delivering complex programs/projects.
- A strong understanding of project management/change management principles and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels and motivate and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- The capability to identify and manage business requirements.
- Proficiency in developing project documentation, illustrating clear and comprehensive recording of project details, progress, and outcomes.
- A strategic mindset with the capability to transform vision into tangible plans and initiatives.
