Program Manager

Due to an increased demand within our business, SYPAQ is seeking a Program Manager to provide their expertise for this large government client based in Canberra. The successful applicant will be critical in improving the digital systems built for this department in their IT division as well as future projects.

The key skills and experience that would be expected from the successful candidate for this opportunity will include:

• Have demonstrated experience in delivering CLC artefacts and have intimate knowledge of the Defence Capability Life Cycle
• Understand and apply (as necessary) the Government and Defence strategic objectives and initiatives when undertaking development.
• Provide support to senior management in understanding the development and outcomes of the deliverables.
• Provide quality assurance, guidelines and editing where necessary to ensure consistency in style as well as content for all documentation delivered by the team.
• Undertake research to find out what the other departments are doing in the area of communications and articulate how Defence can better communicate with target audiences and stakeholders.
• Provide services at a maximum of Level 4 standard as classified under the DSS Panel.

To be eligible for this opportunity you will need to be an Australia Citizen and must hold a Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) security clearance prior to commencement.
