Short Description - We are looking for IT Professionals to fill position of Program Manager with our Australian team, working out of Sydney, NSW.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for end to end delivery of the program to time, scope and budget. You will be responsible for leading and delivering a complex Finance Transformation program. You will prepare timely, accurate and high quality reports, documents briefings and presentations for key stakeholders and project governance forums.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead a significantly large and complex multi-year digital transformation program
- Lead a cross team of functions that caters to a complex PMO, legacy modernization, business analysis, architecture, application development and testing, support, organization change management, etc
- Develop a compelling vision and narrative to underpin the transformation objectives in multiyear programs
- Lead the client in the transformation journey and drive the team to provide leadership
- Plan the program from start to finish involving deadlines, milestones and processes with liabilities associated with milestones
- Strike the perfect balance between consulting, delivery and solutions with a sharp commercial acumen
- Lead Value adds, automations and Risk management strategies
- Discover and implement ways to enhance efficiency and productivity o procedures and people
Skills /Competencies:
Essential:
- 15+ years of proven experience delivering IT and change programs/projects
- At least 5+ years leadership experience in IT transformation having lead teams in a System Integrator Role
- You must be an exceptional leader, able to see the 'big picture' with strong track record of delivering strategic change in a multi - stakeholder environment
- Excellent communication and Inter-Personal Skills, well organized, goal oriented.
- Experience in leading teams across geographies, organizations and vendor teams in complex environment
- Ability to build and manage effective stakeholder relationship
Preferred
- Expertise in leading programs in banking industry
- Project /Program management certifications
- A background and/or higher education in Finance or Commerce is highly desirable
