Orikan is embarking on a significant journey - bringing to life their next generation of technical solutions to their customers. As a Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading this transformational program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the transformation program, overseeing the transition of customers across various products to the cloud.
- Coordinate customer readiness efforts, aiming for 2-3 migrations per week.
- Provide regular status updates and progress reports to the board, SteerCo, sub-committees, and leadership team.
- Manage client engagements, addressing dependencies and constraints at every stage.
- Collaborate with existing squads, scrum masters, and delivery managers to ensure seamless execution.
- Work closely with the account management team to support client engagements.
- Oversee program budget management in collaboration with the CFO and finance team.
Required Skills:
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale technology initiatives.
- Dynamic, agile, and high-energy individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong adaptability to changing circumstances and quick thinking on your feet.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A consulting background with experience in mobile app and cloud projects is considered advantageous.
