ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to consistent and sustained growth, we are currently looking for a Program Manager - Fuel to join our growing team and manage a National Portfolio of strategically aligned projects across the country, delivering retail petrochemical/fuels decommissioning programs.
Based from Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne, this integral position will manage the full life-cycle of projects and be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring consistency across all facets of the project lifecycle, from tendering to project delivery.
- Maintaining positive key relationships with our clients and stakeholders.
- Managing and developing a national team of project delivery experts.
- Taking ownership and ensuring Safety, Quality, Commercial and Financial targets are achieved.
ABOUT YOU
You will be keen to undertake a leadership position in the winning and delivery of a national portfolio of projects, with a strong focus on continuing to successfully delivery positive outcomes for our clients.
To be considered for this role you will possess the following:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in the delivery of environmental or civil construction projects.
- Experience with retail fuel decommissioning projects.
- Contract and budget management experience.
- Demonstrated practical on-site experience.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop relationships with team members, clients and contractors to ensure excellence in project delivery.
- High level communication and organisational skills.
