The Purpose:
As a Program Manager in our Delivery & PMO team, you will work in a 12-month max term contract role, reporting to the Head of Business Implementation and be responsible for the delivery of the BECS Migration program to NPP.
You will be responsible for:
- Program Reporting (Stakeholder Management)
- Internal & External Status Reporting
- Collaborating with Marketing and Communications teams to coordinate key messaging that highlights use cases and progress.
- Managing the involvement of internal Commercial, Legal, Compliance teams in the programs.
- Defining the change component and the strategic relationships (e.g. government) will be a priority to ensure that other areas of AP+ are proactively driving change.
In order for you to be successful in the role, you’ll have:
- Experience with managing projects/ programmes of delivery across ISO20022, BECS, or NPP
- Robust experience working in a program management role, with multiple industry stakeholders,
- Proven experience in reporting to regulators, government, governance forums and industry.
- Experience leading and managing large technology-based industry programs.
- Experience in large scale change management across broad industry segments.
- Solid stakeholder management and implementing rigorous program management and control disciplines.
