About the role:
Joining Kalyra as a Program Manager Clinical Services, you will be responsible for the delivery of high quality care to clients living in the community. Working with a team of Nursing and Allied Health staff, you will ensure that through our delivery of care, we are maintaining and improving quality of life to ensure our clients can live at home for as long as possible. This role will be based between our Belair and Darlington offices with flexible working from home arrangements available.
About you:
You will be an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for working in Aged Care, and be confident in your decision making to support outstanding clinical care. Working collaboratively, you will contribute to and review client service plans to ensure best clinical practice and your role will see you take part in staff coaching and education to ensure our team is well equipped to deliver great support from the day they join the Kalyra team.
You'll be a tech savvy person who can effectively manage your own schedule, with flexible working from home arrangements available to ensure that you can complete all things administration based such as client record maintenance, reports, roster reviews and procedure reviews to support continuous improvement.
To be successful you must hold current general nursing AHPRA registration, a SA drivers licence, Senior First Aid certificate and be able to obtain a satisfactory police check relating to Aged Care.
