About the Role:
- Overall responsibility for managing the successful delivery of various Metro South Health organisational development projects in relation to organisation culture, values, and leadership.
- Coordination with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of work packages, project strategies and guidelines as per the project plan.
- Implement project management best practices (including standards, methodologies, procedures, tools, templates and work instructions) and project reporting frameworks, to ensure projects are managed in a consistent way to enable quality outcomes.
- Develop project plans, budget estimates, records and registers, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are adequately involved in their production.
- Undertake risk and issues identification, assessment and mitigation activities by ensuring risks and issues are documented, reviewed and escalated as appropriate, with mitigation strategies identified.
- Provide expert advice, recommendations and solutions to executive and senior management relating to the project.
- Provide expert advice and strategies to relevant working parties and consultative groups regarding the project.
