The Document Management Program team is responsible for migrating and centralising Document Management across Macquarie's Asset Management division. We are a global team with members in Sydney, London and New York City, tasked with ensuring Document Management processes, systems and solutions are effectively governed and in-line with best practice.

What role will you play?
As a Program Manager specialising in records digitisation and records lifecycle management you will play a pivotal role in managing strategic initiatives with the Document Management Project and ensuring divisional compliance is met through the Lifecycle Management Project. You will ensure cross-functional collaboration, the management of resources and RAID and facilitate the Steering Committee. Additionally, you will provide regular updates on project progress, seek guidance on strategic decisions and align project outcomes with organisational goals.

- Demonstrated ability to develop long-term strategies aligned with the organisational goals in the context of a Program Management or Senior Project Manager role
- Proven leadership skills in steering complex projects, fostering collaboration and motivating cross-functional teams
- Extensive experience in managing relationships with stakeholders at various levels including steering committees, executives and team members
- A track record of successfully identifying, assessing and mitigating risks
- Strong experience in resource management including personnel, budgeting and timelines with a focus on achieving project goals within constraints.
