Program Coordinator (Temporary Opportunity Until January 2026)

In this role, you’ll

• Coordinate and align planning processes with key program strategies and initiatives
• Provide or source advice from subject matter experts for seamless operational support on a wide variety of business matters.
• Support project leads and engage with stakeholders across business areas to ensure timely delivery of program milestones.
• Provide secretariat support and develop project monitoring updates for program leads, and executive forums.
• Work collaboratively, and establish internal relationships to proactively address ad hoc issues
• Support PMO governance and track monthly program health forecasting.
• Monitor, triage issues, and report on detailed program budget and forecast milestones.
• Support Program and project assurance, resource requirements (including procurement administration)

About you

• Prior experience in business operations setting and/or business services enabling functions.
• Previous demonstrated capability with providing high level administrative and executive services to senior leaders.
• Excellent communication, organisation, planning, and time management skills with attention to detail
• You work well in a diverse fast paced project's delivery settings, knowing how to prioritise program needs and emerging tasks.
• Can-do attitude with a problem-solving mindset
