Your Role as Library Programs Manager
As the Library Programs Manager, you will shape the strategic direction of lifelong learning initiatives to meet the evolving needs of the community. Your responsibilities include analysing community needs, managing team performance, and fostering community partnerships to enrich library offerings.
Lead a team of 12 talented individuals with 5 direct reports, develop team goals, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and engaging learning programs.
