Program Manager - Fmcg/Retail Industry

We are looking to hire a Program Manager with experience working in the FMCG/Retail Industry to work on an exciting high-profile initiative. Candidates would have built a pricing strategy /model to automate the existing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders across all Business functions to ensure visibility and take accountability for delivery of all project streams.
• Lead the planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, control and closure of complex, multi-faceted programs, and projects.
• Develop and maintain program plans, project schedules and budget forecasts to ensure its aligned with overall organizational goals and objectives
• Manage and report project delivery against agreed costs, to maximise operational efficiency, optimise the cost/benefits of resource mix, forecast and manage cost impacts of scope change and monitoring.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsor organizations, including executive management, team members, vendors, and external partners.

Knowledge and Experience:

• At least 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a technology or software development environment
• 3 years + experience using Agile delivery tools (i.e Jira, Confluence, MS Team)
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasting costs, and reporting on financials.
• Retail, Fast Food or FMCG industry experience preferred.
• Experience working with Technology, API and integration programs of work.
• End to end project delivery experience.
• Ability to work well under pressure and autonomously.
• Comfortable to commute to work around Northern Beaches area
